Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptual design, preparing detailed drawings, coordination with structural engineers, and ensuring designs comply with local building regulations. Experience in residential townships and commercial complexes is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized university
• 2+ years experience in architectural design firms or real estate developers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit
• Knowledge of NBC norms, fire safety, and green building concepts
• Ability to prepare BOQ, working drawings, and presentation layouts
• Strong aesthetic sense and space planning skills
• Age limit: 23 to 40 years
• Portfolio of completed projects required at interview
