HR Executive

Job Description

We require an HR Executive to manage the complete recruitment cycle, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll support, and employee relations. The candidate should be familiar with labour laws, PF/ESI compliance, and should maintain a positive workplace culture.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in HR or BBA with 1+ year HR experience
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, and labour law compliance
• Experience with HRMS software and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
• Knowledge of Bihar shop and establishment act
• Age limit: 22 to 35 years
• Experience in construction/real estate HR preferred
