Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The role involves driving sales targets, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, handling negotiations, and converting leads into successful bookings. Experience in real estate CRM and digital lead management will be an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in Marketing or Graduation with 2+ years real estate sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in property sales
• Knowledge of RERA guidelines, home loan processes, and registration
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Age limit: 24 to 38 years
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory
