Site Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, coordinate with contractors, and monitor daily progress at our residential project sites. The candidate must have hands-on experience in RCC structures, finishing works, and should be able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma with 3+ years experience
• Must have worked on residential or commercial projects min 2 floors
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and EST estimation
• Ability to supervise labour, material management, and quality checks
• Understanding of RERA compliance and building bye-laws
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Age limit: 22 to 40 years
• Willing to relocate within Bihar
